IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE TFH-1 FOR ANY REASON, SIMPLY RETURN THE UNIT IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING, UNDAMAGED, WITH ALL ITS CONTENTS. WOOD BURNER PRO WILL REFUND YOUR FULL PURCHASE PRICE.
- Contact Wood Burner Pro to receive an RA# (return authorization number). You must have this for all returns.
- You have 35 days from the date of delivery to return the TFH-1 to Wood Burner Pro for a full purchase price refund. If we receive the TFH-1 after the 35 days, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Wood Burner Pro will accept the return of this product up to 60 days from date of delivery and we reserve the right to deny any refunds if received thereafter.
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. You must provide Wood Burner Pro with a package tracking number (via email) to be eligible for the refund.

Upon receiving our shipment
Please inspect the package and contents. If there is any damage to the package itself, contact the carrier immediately. If there is damage to the contents only, please contact Wood Burner Pro. Wood Burner Pro will gladly exchange any damaged part(s) due to manufacturer’s defect.
Wood Burner Pro must be notified (by email) of any damage (or other problems) and be provided with any and all additional information within 1 week from the delivery date of the package.
To expedite the return shipment, please provide a picture or video of the defective part(s). This helps us identify the issue and if necessary, ship the appropriate replacement part(s).
Wood Burner Pro reserves the right to deny returns/refunds of any order if we are notified of shipping damages after one week from delivery date.
ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Within the first (12) months from the date of delivery, Wood Burner Pro will replace any defective part, FREE OF CHARGE.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only.
This warranty is only for the replacement of any supplied part of this product that is shown to have failed from normal use. If Wood Burner Pro determines the unit or its parts were damaged or that a defect resulted from causes not within the scope of this warranty or unsafe use, the warranty is VOID.
PARTS REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Your warranty depends on following these instructions when requesting replacement parts:
- The defective part must be returned to Wood Burner Pro for inspection. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Before returning any parts, contact Wood Burner Pro for an RA# (return authorization number). This number will be assigned to the customer and must be included with the shipment.
To expedite return shipment, we may require a picture or video (via email) of the defective part before shipping. This helps us identify the issue and ship the appropriate replacement part.
Enclose in the package:
1. Your full name and address with phone number
2. The defective part to be replaced
3. Cause of damage or reason of failure to the part
4. A legible copy of the original dated sales receipt including the order number

Wood Burner Pro shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property or any incidental or consequential damage of any kind resulting from malfunctions, defects, improper use or altercation of this product.
Priority shipping is FREE (limited time offer) and includes a tracking number for your convenience.
Once the customer receives purchase confirmation, the order’s shipping and handling process begins and may take up to 48 hours to complete.
After processing, order is shipped via USPS Priority Mail which typically delivers packages in 2-5 days depending upon location.
Customer will receive email notification (within 24 hours after shipping) which will include tracking number and approximate delivery date of package.
