FIREPITS AT MY FRONT DOOR!
Yea, I got 2 of them and you guessed it…both were purchased online and of course, delivered to my doorstep. My most recent purchase was the Yaheetech, pictured below. I like the stylish design and it was the perfect size for entertaining in my backyard. I prefer to have a firepit where I can entertain larger fires for heat as well as easy cooking and this one was the perfect match. It’s rather lightweight so shipping wasn’t an issue.
My Deckmate Sonora chimenea shown below is another story. It’s more solid, and heavier steel. Also, despite its weight, it was still free delivery, right to my door. This firepit is also great for entertaining as it provides a 360 view and heat even with the protective screen. Plus, it just looks cool on the patio even without a fire!

Whether you like it or not, Amazon is the leader of online shopping. I’m not ashamed to admit I’m a happy customer. They offer just about any product you can dream of and most times it’s the best price and free shipping too. Shopping online saves me precious time which can be more valuable than saving money.
Nonetheless, Amazon has certainly made my life more convenient. And if you shop there, I recommend becoming a Prime member as you get even more perks and savings. But that’s another story. For now…

With all the hoopla of online shopping, I never forget the ‘convenience’ of supporting my local stores. Those stores create jobs for my friends and family and keep the money local which makes for a stronger, vibrant community.
Also, it really is convenient to shop at those stores. Whenever you are out and about, taking your kids to soccer practice or dance lessons, or grabbing a bite to eat at the local hotspot, make sure to stop in a store and purchase something from your local vendor.
